The Class Notice refers to a hearing date of October 22, 2007 for a Fairness Hearing, the hearing at which the court will decide whether to approve the settlement as fair, adequate and reasonable. This hearing date has now been moved to January 15, 2008 so that the parties can make alternative arrangements for Settlement Loans. The other dates in the Class Notice have not changed.
