Even if you did not receive a class notice in the mail, you could be a class member, particularly if you have moved in the last five years or changed your name.

Final approval of the settlement will take at least several months, and could take as long as a year or more. To help class members take advantage of Settlement Loans, the parties have agreed to notify interested class members if and when the settlement becomes effective.
