Your written comment or objection should be mailed so that it is received by the Court no later than September 28, 2007.

Effective Date of the Settlement

The settlement will be effective (and Settlement Loans will become available) if and when the Court determines that the settlement is fair, any appeal from that decision to a higher court is finished, and if an appeal is filed, the higher court upholds the decision that the settlement is fair.
